Vestibular Physical Therapist
High Pointe Therapy · Clarksville, TN · Help Us Grow our Vestibular Service Line

See Your Impact—Literally

Helping a patient progress from debilitating dizziness to confident, steady movement is truly life-changing.. High Pointe Therapy—known in Clarksville for our “Expect Great Things” promise—is growing our dedicated Vestibular & Balance program inside our already thriving adult and pediatric practice. We need a PT who’s passionate about vestibular rehab and excited to shape this new offering as we grow. (Geriatric know-how? That’s a huge plus—our community’s seniors are waiting for your expertise.)

Why High Pointe?

  • Patient-First Schedule – True one-on-one care and visit lengths that let you solve the root cause, not chase productivity quotas.
  • Build, Don’t Rebuild – Bring your ideas for protocols, screens, and community workshops; we’ll put our marketing and physician network behind them.
  • Culture That Shines – Ask around: our team camaraderie and “people first” vibe are rare and real.
  • Career Fuel – Competitive pay, incentive bonus plan, CEU stipend, commute allowance, PTO/holidays, health/dental/vision, and 401(k).
  • Cross-Specialty Brainpower – Work on a tight knit team with ortho, pelvic, pediatric, and neuro therapists who love to collaborate and swap ideas.
  • No Nights or Weekends – Because your balance matters, too!

  • Track meaningful outcomes and adapt plans as needed.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • PT Degree + Tennessee license (or eligibility).
  • Vestibular coursework and some hands-on experience - whether from clinical rotations, CEUs, or your current caseload.
  • Warm, confidence-building communication style that turns fear into empowerment.
  • A collaborative and positive mindset
  • Team-first mindset and curiosity to keep learning (geriatrics, neuro, whatever sparks you next).
